Rental Units
Check-in between 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. (NO CHECK-INS AFTER 9 PM) / Check-out 12 p.m. Early check in is based on availability and subject to an early check in fee.
Two nights stay (3 for holiday) is required when reserving a rental unit Thursday-Saturday.
Cabin A
Cabin A is a one room sleeping cabin which requires stair climbing. Cabin is equipped with A/C, heat, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Bring your own bed linens including sheets, towels, and cooking utensils/dishware. No smoking or pets are allowed in this cabin. 2 night minimum/Holidays 3 night minimum. Space only allows for one vehicle. Extra vehicles will be charged $10 per day. Sleeps 4 MAX
A cleaning deposit of $100 is charged at time of reservation. You are responsible for cleaning the rental unit before departure. The cleaning deposit will be refunded within 48 hours if the unit is returned to the same condition, it was in upon arrival. The cleaning deposit will be refunded if the unit is returned to the same condition, it was in upon arrival. Bring your own cleaning supplies (broom is provided). Credit card will be charged for any damage or missing items.
Dog Friendly Cabin B
Dog Friendly Cabin B is a one room sleeping cabin with A/C, heat, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster, picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Cabin C is a cabin with a mini kitchen including sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and log table/chairs. The cabin has its own private toilet and sink. Cabin sleeps up to 6 (2 adults and minor children) and has 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 1 full size pull-out sofa sleeper. Includes picnic table and fire pit. Bring your own bed linens including flat sheets, towels, and cooking utensils/dishware. No smoking or pets are allowed in this cabin. 2 night minimum/Holidays 3 night minimum. Space only allows for one vehicle MAX. Additional vehicles will be charged a fee and will be required to park in visitor parking. Sleeps 6 MAX

Lake House
The Lake House is right on the waterfront and has water access. This is a two story house with 4 bedrooms, 1 bath w/tub and shower. Full kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, fridge, stove, oven, and toaster. House includes living room, dining space, TV, DVD player, A/C, two picnic tables, grill, fire ring. Bring your own bed linens including sheets and towels. No smoking or pets inside or outside of the house. 2 night minimum/Holidays 3 night minimum. Space only allows for three vehicles. Extra vehicles will be charged $10 per day. Sleeps 14 MAX

Glamping Tent
The Glamping Tent has a queen size bed with bedding, bistro style table with 2 chairs, fireplace, AC, refrigerator, coffee pot with coffee, Blackstone grill, Bluetooth speakers, sitting area on porch with wicker chairs, and fire ring. In addition, you have your own private restroom with toilet and sink. No smoking or pets inside or outside of the house. 2 night minimum/Holidays 3 night minimum. Space only allows for one vehicle. Extra vehicles will be charged $10 per day. Sleeps 2 adults MAX, no children
